Am H Sec. 7._That there is hereby appropriated to the Federal Board ¤rB¤¤iiii mama for Vocational Education the sum of $200,000 annually, to be available from and after the passage of this Act, for the purpose of making or cooperating m making the studies, investigations, and reports provided or in section six o this Act, and for the purpose of paying the salaries of the omcers, the assistants, and such office and other expenses as the board may deem necessary to the execution and administration of this Act. The State board shall make an armual report to the Fiederal Board for Vocational Education, on or before September first of each year, on the work done in the State the receipts and expenditures of money under the provisions of this Act. my mmm ,_, Ssc. 9. That the a propriation for the salaries of teachers, super. <:¤·¤¤·¤ w¤··¤¤=- visors, or directors oip agricultural subjects and of teachers of trade, home economics, and industrial subjects shall be devoted exclusively to the payment of salaries of such teachers, sutplervisors, or directors having the minimum qualifications set up for e State by the State board, with the approval of the Federal Board for Vocational•Edn. The cost of instruction supplementary to the mstruction m girgggs ¤=S¤=¤¤.¤¤¤-. agricultural and in trade, home economics, and industrial subjects provided for in this Act, necessary to build a well·rounded course of training, shall be borne by the State and local communities, and no part of the cost thereof shall be borne out of the appropriations herein Eqm, upmmms made.
