The sets of volumes shall u °°' be distributed as follows: One set to each Representative, Delegate, and Senator in the Sixt —sixth Congress and one set to each Representative, Delegate, andy Senator in the Sixty-seventh Congress who is not a Member of the Sixty-sixth Congress; one set to each committee room of the House and Senate; one set each to the Senate and the House branches of the legislative draftin service; ten sets to the Library of Congress; ten sets each to the éouse and Senate libra.riesfive hundred copies for distribution to the State and Territorial libraries and designated depositories as in the case of documents VOL fm printed under section 54 of the Act a proved January 12, 1895 2S’p' (Twenty-eighth Statutes, page 608), andp when such precedents are prepared the Superintendent of Documents of the Government Printing Office shall notify each of the State and Territorial libraries and designated depositories that such precedents are available for distribution to them, if requested within ninety days after the receipt of such notice, and ang sets remaining at the end of such eriod shall be delivered by the uperintendent of Documents to the I)oorkeeper of the House of Representatives for disposal as provided for heremand the residue to the folding room of the House, to be distributed by the Doorkeeper, commencing with the Sixty-eighth Congress, one set to each Re resentative, De egate, or Senator who has not previously received) one.
