That paragraph 322, schedule M, and para aph 567 a,,'§,;g;§ P'°“S‘°“S of the free list of the Act entitled ‘An Act to reduce tariff dimes and V¤1-38.i>p- 144,160- to provide revenue for the Government, and for other p1u·poses,’ pplproved October 3, 1913, be amended so that the same shall read as 0 ows: n "322.
