PROCLAMATIONS, 1919. 1761 Board to act as the agency of the Secretary of the Treasury, subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, to carry out such executive administration, authority and power vested in the Secretary of the Treasury as hereinbefore recited; and WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Treasury and in order to vest all necessary authority in the Federal Reserve Board to act as the agency of the Secretary of the Treasury in the performance of certain duties therein imposed, the President did by Executive order, dated January 26, 1918, prescribe certain orders, rules and regulations in respect of such executive administration, authority and power amending the regulations theretofore prescribed liy Executive order dated Sepltember 7, 1917; and WHE EAS, in the judgment of the President, except as hereinafter stated, the public safety of the United States does not now require the prohibition of the exportation of coin, bullion and currency from the United States or its territorial possessions, nor the investigation, regulation or prohibition of any transaction in foreign exchange or the enforcement of any of the orders, rules, regulations and administrative procedure herembefore mentioned, Now, rnnnnronn, 1, Woodrow Wilson, rrooiaoot or the ,,,’*.,;¤g,¥:,,**¤¤:,,7;· rg United States of America, under and by virtue of the authority '°*•d· vested in me by the acts aforesaid do here y Igroclaim to all whom rt may concern that, except as hereinafter spec` ed, the aforementioned roclamations in so far as they prohibit the exportation of coin, bullion or currency, and the aforementioned power and authority vested in the Secretary of the Treasury and in the Federal Reserve Board, and all orders, rules and regulations issued or (prescribed in Cmmm wm connection therewith are hereby revoked and cancelle .
