copamafen otroud hereby authorized an alppropriation of $15,000 from any tribal

 funds on deposit in the reasury to the credit of the Indians of the

'·*“*•“¤¤¤*=*· Fort Apache Indian Reservation, Arizona, to be immediately available, to pay one·half the cost of constructing a wagon road, within said reservation, between Cooley and the northeast boundary of Prooioo. _ said reservation: Provided, That no art of the appropriation herein L°°°1°°°mb°°°°° authorized shall be expended untilpthe Secretary of the Interior shall have obtained from the proper authorities of the County of Apache, Arizona, satisfactory guarantees of the payment by said county of one-half of the cost of the construction of said road.
