Sec. 209. (a) That all National Agricultural Credit Coigorations ralillpliisliliiliiiiiiiicliiiii shall be under the supervision of the Comptroller of the urrency, '°°°"· who shall be charged with the execution of all laws of the United States relating to the organization, regulation, and control of such corporations. The Comptroller of the Currency shall exercise the same general power of supervision over such corporations as he now gxercises over national banks organized under the laws of the United tates. b) In addition to the two Deputy Comptrollers of the Currency ,,§}§‘},}’§g‘&°°’“,,,,,¥* noiv provided for by law, there shall be in the Bureau of the Comp- ¢¤b¤¤pp¤i¤w·i- cy troller of the Currency a third Deputy Comptroller of the Currency ' who shall be appointed in the same manner and shall take a like oath of office an give a like bond as the Deputy Comptrollers now rovided for by law. Under the direction of the Comptroller of the u,,'{,° *3,;:: ““"‘“""'°‘ Currency, such additional Deputy Comptroller shall have charge of gtgvf ¤¤¤¤1l¤¤¤p¤n- the administration of the provisions of this title relatin to the or- ' ganization and operation of National Agricultural Credit Corporations and shall perform such other duties as shall be assigned to him Mmm, _ by the Comptroller of the Currency. The Comptroller of the Cur- rency is hereby authorized to employ such additional examiners, °" clerks, and other employees as he deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this title and to assign to duty in the office of his bureau in Washington such examiners and assistant examiners as he shall deem necessary to assist in the performance of the work of games m that bureau. The salaries of the Deputy Comptrollers of the Cur- ’ ` rency and of such additional examiners, assistant examiners, clerks, and other employees shall fixed in advance by the Comptroller of the Currency.
