Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United

°°l°'°d °° Insane, to wit, all 0 fractional section one, townshgp one north, range one west, Saint Stephen’s meridian, south of Ce ar Creek and west of John Chest ’s private land grant, containing one hundred and eight -one aniln%orty-one one-hundredths acres, be, and the same are liereby, granted to the State of Alabama for the use of the _ said hospital, and the Secretary of the Interior is hereb directed to §',,Z,"',,;’,§’»;,,,,,;,;,,.,,,,.,.; issue a patent to said State for the same: Provided, That the said ¢¤¤¤•¤¤¤¤·°¤°· State shall not have the right to sell or convey the lands herein granted, or any part thereof, or to devote the same to an other purpose than as ereinbefore described, and in the event of attempted alienation or failure to use said lands for the imposes hereinbefore described the same shall revert to the United Slaates.
