Plain gauze or leno woven cotton nets or nettings shall be classified for duty as cotton cloth. PAR. 904. The term cotton cloth, or cloth, wherever used in this UM ¤¤¤¤•·i· schedule, unless otherwise s ially provided for, shall be held to include all woven fabrics ofpgtton, in the piece, whether ngured, fancry, or lain, and shall not include any article, finished or imfinlshe , madie from cotton cloth. In the ascertainment of the condi- m}?:·¤'¤¤i¤¤¤<>¤ ¤f tion of the cloth or yarn u on which the duties imdposed upon cotton ` cloth are made to depend; the entire fabric an all parts thereof shall be included. The average number of the yarn in cotton cloth herein provided for shall be obtained by taking the length of the thread or yarn to be equal to the distance covered by it in the cloth in the condition as imported, except that all clip ed threads shall be measured as if continuous; in counting the thread; all ply yarns shall be separated into s' les and the count taken of the total s` les; the weight shall belixaien after any excessive sizing is removzif by boiling or other suitable process. PAR. 905. Tire fabric or fabric for use in pneumatic tires, including '*`*¤='¤‘>**=· cord fabric, 25 per centum ad valorem.
