PROCLAMATIONS, 1921. 2243 BY THE PRESIDENT or THE UNITED STATES or AMERICA J“IY°»1°21· A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, it a ears that certain of the lands, within the State of N°'{’°’°° 0N““‘”‘°l Idaho, described inllahe Act of Congress approved March one, nineteen Fliirgswigggi ` hundred and twenty-one (41 Stat., 1196%), which have been found V°l'41’p'm6' under the terms of said act to be chiefly valuable for the production of timber or for the alprotection of stream flow, should be added to the Nezperce Nation Forest; NOW, THEREFORE, I, WARREN G. HARDING, President of Mw °¤1¤’¤°d· the United States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the aforesaid Act of March one, nineteen hundred and twenty-one, Vol.41,p.1196. entitled "An Act To authorize the addition of certain lands to the Nez erce National Forest, Idaho", do proclaim that the boundaries of tliie Nez erce National Forest are hereby changed to include the following d)escribed lands: Boise Meridian D°°°'iP“°¤· In unsurveyed T. 26 N., R. 6 E., Secs. 1 to 18, inclusive; In unsurveyed T. 27 N., R. 6 E., Secs. 19 to 36, inclusive; In unsurveyed T. 26 N., R. 7 E., Secs. 4 to 9, inclusive, Secs. 16, 17, 18; In unsurveyed T. 27 N., R. 7 E., Secs. 19, 20, 21, 28 to 33, inclusive. The withdrawal made by this proclamation shall, as to all lands ,w{‘f•f,‘{' "¤"“ °°'° °‘· which are at this date legally appropriated under the public land laws, or reserved for any public urposes, be subject to, and shall not interfere with or defeat legal under such appropriation, nor prevent the use for such pub ic purpose of lands so reserved, so long as such appropriation is egally maintained, or such reservation remains in force.
