Sec. 303. (a) Every political committee shall have a chairman P°“°‘°¤‘ °°¤=¤¤*¤¤¤¤~ and a treasurer. No contribution shall be accepted, and no expendi— °m°°'s mmmture made, by or on behalf of a political committee for the pur ose gieinilluencing an election until such chairman and treasurer have n c osen. (b) It shall be the duty of the treasurer of a political committee to u,gY°°““°s by "°“# keep a detailed and exact account of- (1) All contributions made to or for such committee; · R°°°i¥"S· _{)2) The nam; agd adgress of every person making any such contr1 ution, an the ate thereo ; $3) All expenditures made by or on behalf of such committee; E¤v¤¤¤i¢¤r¤¤· an (4) The name and address of every person to whom any such expenditure is made, and the date thereof. (c) It shall be the duty of the treasurer to obtain and keep a re- k,,§§f’°*¥’°"d bms °° M ceipted bill, stating the particulars, for every expenditure by or 'on behalf of a political committee exceeding $10 in amount. The treasurer shall preserve all receipted bills and accounts required to be kept by this section for a period of at least two years from the date of the filing of the statement containing such items.
