L. Gaster and his successors and K‘f§¥°· “°°' ·*“¤'“’°· assigns, to construct, maintain and operate a bridge and approaches ` thereto across the White River at a point suitable to the interests of nayigation at or near the town of Augusta, in the county of Wood- , ruff, in the State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of $giisi4r:1gl3Z' the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2.
