Tower, late an assistant engineer in the Engineer Department at Large, the sum of $3,000 out of any money m the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as full com nsation for the death of her husband, which occurred as the resultte of an accident and without negligence on his part while he was engaged in the performance of his duties as such assistant engineer. Sticlmey and H. A. Reynolds and lands owned by the United States and occupied by the udians in Sherwood Valley, California, the said amount being one·half of the cost of said fence.
