Matlock, formerly acting postmaster at Van Buren, Arkansas, in the sum of $18,906.91, due to the United States on account of postal funds (including war savings cert1ficates for which the postmaster had given inter1m_ receipts), postage stamps, money-order funds, war savings and thrift stamps, and war tax revenue funds which were lost as She result of burglary on_ February 13, 1919, and the sum of $18,906.91 is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the payment of said claim.
