For that purpose he makes one of the followin notations: (a) “In case of non—delivery at the address indgcated, abandon." or M (b) ‘;,In case of non-delivery at the address indicated, deliver to Parcels which are not so marked will be returned in accordance with the provisions of Article XII hereafter. _ 3. The sender must make up, for each arcel, a customs declara- m‘;,'§,?°‘;}§,,§f““““ tion in du licate, on a s ecial form furnislied for that purpose. The said declaration shall give a general description of the parcel, an exact statement of its contents, the value of the individual o jects, the date of mailing, the signature and address of the sender and the ` name of the addressee, and the lace of destination. The Postal Administrations dlecline all responsibility as to the exactness of the customs declarations. The sender shall- aste the said declarations to the parcel itself, or afii§)tl1e1n1)to it (Llhited States) or else attach them to the despatch note 0 an . ` 4. Each parcel is subject in the country of destination to all °°““°"°°°"“‘”*¥““· customs charges and regulations in force in that country. The customs duties and the other char es regularly due are collected gpon delivery, in accordance with tile regulations of the country of estimation. Anrxouz V. 1. Parcels containing the following articles are excluded from P'°m’*°°°"°°°°" transmission: a) letters or communications having the character of personal correspondence.
