(b) Additional reports in respect of such injury and of the m’§§_,‘§$*°““ ‘“ W condition of such employee shall be sent by the employer to the commission and to such deputy commissioner at such times and in such manner as the commission may prescribe. Any person who willfully makes any false or misleading ,§§‘,Q,'§¤hg'§*°'{E,'°,‘§bE'¥f,’,? statement or representation for the purpose of obtaining any benefit *>°¤°¤'°· or payment un er this Act shall be uilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished iy a fine of not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment of not to exceed one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. srzcunrrr ron cournnsxrion ,,§j’,°,§{’i" ‘·°’°"“‘*“° Sac. 32. (a) Every employer shall secure the payment of BY °‘”""""· compensation under this Act- (1) By insuring and keeping insured the payment of such com- BY :t¤g¤¤¤¤*>·> ¤¤¤=· pensation with any stock company or mutual company or association, p°°y' ' or with any other person or fund, while such person or fund is authorized (A) under the laws of the United States or of any State, to insure workmen’s compensation, and (B) by the commission, to insure ayment of compensation under this Act; or (2) gy furnishing satisfactory proof to the commission of his ,,,,{i’§,,{’§°,,‘}§,,,,§§.,{‘,t’;i#.l§,’; financial abilit to pay such compensation and receiving an authori- °¤¤¤**¤5*°¤- zation from the commission to pay such com ensation directly. The commission may, as a condition to such autlhorization, require D°P°°‘°°"°°”’“Y- such employer to deposit in a depository designated by the commission either an indemnity bond or securities (at the option of the employer) of a kind and in an amount determined by the commission, and subject to such conditions as the commission may prescribe, which shal include authorization to the commission in
