BY °"*°’ S“‘°°· AND WHEREAS the said Convention has been ratified also by the Governments of the United States of Brazil, Cuba, Costa Rica, Salvador, Haiti, Paraguay, Chile and the Dominican Republic, and the instruments of ratiiicationtof the said Convention have been degfmited with the Government of Chile; I ' m°m°°°°' OW, THEREFORE, be it known that I, Calvin Coolidge, Presi- dent of the United States of America, have caused the said Conven- tion to be made public, to the end that the same and every article and clause thereof may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States and the citizens thereof.
