IP""°°' N°‘m‘] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the u,Qf,u*‘f‘° Y'°°°° °“°*‘ United States of America in Uongress assembled, That the Secretary m1:y¤¤¤¤t¢¤. for mr- of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed tégcpay, °°°"°°` out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise ap_propria , to Ma1·ie Yvonne Gueguinou the sum of $2,000 for in]uries received as the result of collision had on August 28, 1920, at Brest, France, between a truck belonging to and being operated under the direction of the United States Navy Department and a cart in which said Marie Yvonne Gueguinou was traveling, said collision having been found to be the result of negligence on the part of the operator of said truck.
