Wisconsinmay United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent bridge, at Janesville . of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Wisconsin to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River, at a point suitable to the interests of naviga- tion, at or near Center Avenue, Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, Construction . 34,p.84. in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . Amendment.

United States of America in Congress assembled, That whenever it . Foreign nations to be sha ll be shown t o the satisfa ction of the P resident that a sum o f invited to participate in. not less than $5,000,000 has been raised and is available to the Chicago World's Fair Centennial Celebration corporation, for the purposes of a world's fair to be held in the city of Chicago, in the State of Illinois, in the year 1933, to celebrate the one hundredth anniversary of the incorporation of Chicago as a municipality, the President is author- ized and requested , by proclamat ion or in suc h other manne r as he may deem proper, to invite the participation of the nations of the world in the celebration. SEC . 2 . That all articles which shall be imported from foreign free of dutye admitted countries for the purpose of exhibition at said celebration shall be admitted free of duty, customs fees, or charges, under such regula- salespermitted, tions as the Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe ; but it shall be lawful during said celebration to sell for delivery at the close there of any goods or property im ported and ac tually on exh ibition therein, subject to such regulations for the security of the revenue Provisos. Duty on articles sold . a s the Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe : Provided, That all such articles when sold or withdrawn for consumption' shall be subject to the duty, if any, imposed upon such articles by the revenue laws in force at the date of their importation and to the terms of Expenses po at paid by Fair Corporation . the tariff laws in force at the time : And provided further, That all necessary expenses incurred, including salaries of customs officials in charge of imported articles, shall be paid to the Treasury of the United States by the Chicago World's Fair Centennial Celebration corporation, under regulations to be prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury .
