CHAP. 427.-An Act To extend the times- for commencing and completing [11. R. 15201.1 the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River at or near Maysville, Kentucky, [Public, No . 878 .]
and Aberdeen, Ohio . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Ohio River .
United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the time for bridging, extended ille,, commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Ky., and Aberdeen, Ohio River at or near Maysville, Kentucky, and Aberdeen, Ohio, CAnte, p. 304. authorized to be built by the Maysville Bridge Company, its suc- cessors and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved March 12, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from March 12, 1929. Amen dment .

Henderson Inlet, State of Washington, on the westerly side near the Locatio n, etc . mouth of Chapman Bay and the mouth of Woodards Bay, which is about seven miles northeast of the city of Olympia, in the State of Washington, be, and the same are hereby, legalized to the same extent and with like effect as to all existing or future laws and regulations of the United States as if the permit required by the existing laws of the United States in such cases made and provided had been regularly obtained prior to the erection of said trestle, log Precise.

CHAP. 429.-An Act to authorize the Secretary of the Navy to dispose of [Public, No . 880 .] material to the sea scout department of the Boy Scouts of America . Navy .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Boy Scouts of Amer- United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary 1 Disposal of obsolete of the Navy is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to dispose of material authorized to . without charge, except for transportation and delivery, to the sea scouts department of the Boy Scouts of America, such obsolete material as may not be needed for the Navy, and such other material as may be spared at prices representing its fair value to the Navy .
