265 (k) The provisions of this section shall constitute the exclusive Provisions e-dusivs method for the presentation and payment of claims arising out of claims. or presenting any of the acts by or on behalf of the United States for which this section provides a remedy . Any person who files any claim or assumed t of claimant makes application for any payment under this section shall be held to have consented to all the provisions of this Act.

(a) There are hereby created in the Treasury an Austrian the Treasury . funds in special deposit account and an Hungarian special deposit account, into which, respectively, shall be deposited all funds hereinafter specified and from which, respectively, shall be disbursed all pay- ments and expenditures authorized by section 5 or 6 or this section . Sources . (b) The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to deposit in the Austrian or the Hungarian special deposit account, as the case may be-
