Acts in the order and amounts designated by these Acts, the following sums are hereby authorized to be appropriated in addition to the amounts appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for- use in d~'g- Hawaii : $15,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1930 ; $20,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1931 ; $22,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1932 ; $24,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1933 ; $26,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1934 ; $28,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1935 ; $30,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1936 ; $50,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1937 ; $60,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1938 ; $70,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1939 ; $80,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1940 ; and $90,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1941, and thereafter a sum equal to th at pro vided for ea ch Sta te and Territ ory fo r agri cultur al exper iment statio ns est ablish ed und er the Act of March 2, 18 87 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire by purchase or condemnation approximately one acre of land at Selfridge Field, Michigan, for a railroad right of way ; and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum not to exceed $1,750 for that purpose .
