Be it enacted by t he Senate and House of Repr esentatives o f t h e United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby created, in addition to those now provided by law, a new division of [Public, No . 516 .] Texas norther n judi . cial district . Lubbock division of, created. the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Texas, which shall include the territory now embraced in the counties of Bailey, Borden, Lamb, Floyd, Kent, Motley, Hale, Dickens, Crosby, Lubbock, Scurry, Hockley, Cochran, Yoakum, Terry, Lynn, Garza, Dawso n, and Gain es, wh ich sh all co nstit ute th e Lubb ock division of said district . Terms of the district court for the Lubbock division shall be held at Lubbock on the third Monday in May and the second Monday in December : Pr ovi ded , That suitable accom- modations for holding court at Lubbock shall be provided by the county or municipal authorities without expense to the United States . The clerk of the court for the northern district shall maintain an office in charge of himself or a deputy, in addition to the places now provided, at Lubbock, which shall be kept open at all times for the transaction of the business of the court . R. 13342.1 Sioux Indians of South Dakota . Be it enacted by the Senate a nd House of Re presentatives o f t h e United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to withdraw from funds on deposit in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the Pine Ridge Sioux I ndians of Sou th Dakota a su m sufficient to make a $10 per capita payment to said Indians, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe .
