ARBITRATION TREATY-AUSTRIA. AUGUST 16, 1928. In faith whereof the respective Plenipotentiaries have signed this treaty in duplicate in the English and German languages, both texts having equal force, and hereunto affixed their seals. Done at Washington the six- teenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
