Regulation 4, Open Seasons on and Possession of Certain Migratory Game Birds, is hereby amended so as to read as follows: 2943 REGULATION 4. - OPEN SEASONS ON AND POSSESSION Open seasons. OF CERTAIN MIGRATORY GAME BIRDS.
