Articulo 7 INDEMNIZACIONES 1. Las indemnizaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Convenio de Estocolmo, se abonar{m de conformidad con las prescrip- ciones de ese articulo, en 10. forma siguiente: a) Por las encomiendas hasta cinco kilos, veinticinco francos oro, como maximo, 0 su equiva- lente en d61ares. b) Por las encomiendas de mM de cinco hasta diez kilos, cin- cuenta francos oro, como maximo, o su equivalente en d61ares. 2. Para el pago de las indem- nizaciones se tendra. en cuenta el valor de la encomienda, mani- festado por el remitente en 10. declaraci6n de Aduana, a menos gue esta, al aforarl~l rectificase 10 declarado por aqueI.
