The present Treaty shall be ratified, and the ratifications thereof shall be exchanged at Tegucigalpa as soon as possible. In witness whereof the respec- tive plenipotentiaries have signed the same and have affixed their seals thereto. Done in duplicate, in the Eng- lish and Spanish languages at Tegucigalpa, this seventh day of December, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven. ARTICULO XXX. El presente Tratado sera. rati- ficado y las ratificaciones corres- pondientes canjeadas en Teguci- galpa, tan pronto como sea posible. En fe de 10 cual, los plenipo- tenciarios respectivos 10 han fir- mado y se11ado. DAVILA AND WHEREAS, the said Treaty has been duly ratified on both parts, and the ratifications of the two Governments were exchanged at Tegucigalpa on the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight; NOW, THEREFORE, be it knbwn that I, Calvin Coolidge, Presi- dent of the United States of America, have caused the said Treaty to be made fublic, to the end that the same and every article and clause thereo may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States and the citizens thereof. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the United States to be affixed.
