The annual payments required to be made from the reclamation fund to the general funds in the Treasury, as reimbursement for ad- vances made in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to a uthori ze ad vances to t he `re clama tion f und,' and for the issue and disposal of certificates of indebtedness in reimburse- ment therefor, and for other purposes," approved June 25, 1910, as amended, are hereby suspended for a period of two years, beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 1931 . NATIONAL PAR K S ERV ICE Colonia l National M onument, Virg inia : For the ac quisi tion o f lands in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for the crea tion o f the Colon ial N ationa l Mon ument in the State of Virginia, and for other purposes," approved July 3, 1930 (46 Stat ., p . 855), the evidence of title to such lands to be satis- factory to the Secretary of the Interior, fiscal years 1931 and 1932, $ 500,000 . For administration, protection, maintenance, and improvement, Administrative inc luding not exceed ing $1,800 for t he purchase, mai ntenance, opera- pense s , tio n, and repair of motor-driven pas senger-carrying vehicles for the use of the custodian and employees in connection with general monu- m ent wo rk, $58,900 ; for construction of physical impr ovements, $76,100, of which not exceeding $15,000 shall be available for five comfort stations ; in all, fiscal years 1931 and 1932, $135,000 . Ro ads and tra ils : The approp riation for the c onstruction of r oads and trails in the national parks and national monuments under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Interior contained in the Act approved December 20, 1930, is hereby made available in so far as may be necessary for the construction of highways within the areas authorized to be established as nat io nal park s und er the Act s approved February 21, 1925 (43 Stat . 958-959) ; May 22, 19 26 (U. S. C., title 16, see. 403) ; and May 26, 1926 (U. S. C., title 16, sec. 404), and for continuing construction of an approach road from the National Old Trails Highway to the south boundary of the Grand Canyo n Nati onal Park, Arizo na, as auth orized by the Act appr oved June 5, 1924 (43 Stat., p. 423) .
