INTERN ATIONAL TRADE EXHIBI TION The unexpended balance of the appropriation of $150,000 con- ta ined in the First Defic iency Act, fiscal year 1 928, a pp rov ed De cem - ber 22, 19 27, for carryin g out the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to provide for maintaining, promoting, and advertising the International Trade Exhibition," approved February 14, 1927 (44 Stat., p. 1095), is herby made available for the same purposes until June 30, 1930, including the payment of obligations incurred for such purposes from June 30, 1928, to the date of the approval of this Act.
