The area of the Yorktown battlefield, authorized for inclusion in said monument, is hereby extended to not to exceed fo ur thousand fi ve hundred acres, and all Government-owned lands within the boundaries of said monument as established by Proclamation .

Rowan, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, to construct, Ante, p . 29. maintain, and operate a bridge across the Ohio River at or near S hawneeto wn, Illi nois," ap proved M ay 1, 19 28, heret ofore ex tended by an Act of Con gre ss app rov ed June 20, 192 9, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof. Be it en act ed by the Sen ate and House of Representatives of the Te nth Ol y mpic United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Games . of Reg. of War is hereby authorized to direct the training and attendance of a A rmy in, author- pe rsonnel and anim als of the Regula r Army as partic ipants in the Provisos .

Tenth Olympic Games : Provided, That all expenses incident to Expenses charged to Army appropriationstraining, attendance, and participation in the Tenth Olympic Games, . including the use of such supplies, material, and equipment as in the
