S . C ., title 28, sec . 842), and certified to the Seventy-first Congress in House Document Numbered 762, under the Treasury Department, $13,228 .70 . For payment of interest on amounts withheld from claimants by the Comptroller General of the United States, Act of March 3, 1875 (U. S. C., title 31, sec . 227), as allowed by the General Accounting Office, and certified to the Seventy-first Congress in House Docu- ment Numbered 762, under the Treasury Department, $23,393 .47.
