(d) P ENALTI ES. -I f any person shall, wi th intent to conceal the Pu nish ment for in. tontionally defacing, information given thereby or contained therein, deface, destroy, removing, etc., marks ° remove, alter, cover, obscure, or obliterate any mark, stamp, brand, or label re qui red und er the prov isi ons of thi s Ac t, he shall, u pon conviction, be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both. Effe ctive in 60 da ys . (e) EFFECTIVE DATE.-This section shall take effect sixty days a fter the dat e of enac tmen t of thi s Act . Immoral articles . S EC. 305 .
