Resolved by the Senate and Hou se of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Act entitled " An Act authorizing the erection for the sole u se of the Pan American Union of an office building on the square of land lying between Eighteenth Street, C Street, and Virginia Avenue northwest, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia," approved May 16, 1928, is hereby amended by striking out in section 1 the words " bounded on the north by C Street northwest, on the east by Eighteenth Street northwest, and on the south by Virginia Avenue northwest," and inserting in lieu thereof the words " bounded on the north by Vir- ginia Avenue northwest, on the south by B Street northwest, and on the west by Nineteenth Street northwest ." Approved, December 23, 1929 . CHAP . 18 .-An Act To extend the time for completing the construction of a bridge across the Columbia River between Longview, Washington, and Raini er, O regon . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the time for completing the construction of the bridge across the Columbia River, between Longview, Washington, and Rainier, Oregon, author- ized to be built by W . D . Comer and Wesley Vandercook, by the Act of Congress approved February 28, 1925, as amended by Act approved January 28, 1927, is hereby extended to June 1, 1930. SEC. 2.
