Be it enacted, Qc., That the accounting officers of the treasury A¤°°¤¤*¤ °f department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to settle ;;l1f:£°rs t° b° the accounts of Thomas Streshly and William Streshly, respectively, late collectors of the internal revenue in the district of Ohio, by allowing to said Thomas such further credits for all accounts of uncollected revenue as he shall satisfactorily prove to have been delivered over by him to other collectors, and such sum as he shall appear to be entitled to for his attendance as a witness in behalf of the United States; carrying the balance, if any, which may appear due to said Thomas, to the credit of said William, in his account with the United States.
