And be it further enacted, That the part of the annuity nuuyto be paid, which shall be due for the time between the said twentieth day of Febwm"' ruary, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-six, and the time of executing the release above provided for, shall be paid when the said release shall be delivered, and that part which shall grow duo thereafter, shall be paid in quarterly payments.
