And the said John Reily is hereby authorized to locate the said quantity of land, by legal subdivisions, as near as may be, on any lands now ofl`¢-red tbr sale by the United States, at the minimum price. And the President of the United States is hereby authorized to cause patents to issue to the said John Reily, for the land so to be located, on producing the certificate of the Register of the Land Office, as in other cases.
