Appropriation. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the sum so found due be paid to the legal representatives of the said Joseph Torrey, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated. A. R. Woolley, late of the army of the United States, for his arrcarages of pay and subsistence and emoluments, while held accountable for the public property with which he had been charged, and settling and closing his accounts for the same.
