Be it enacted, dw., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, T° be Pl°°°d directed to place the name of Theophilus E. Beekman, late first lieuou pensmn mu' tenant in the forty-first regiment of the United States infantry, on the roll of invalid pensioners, and pay to him the sum of seventeen dollars per month durin his natural life, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-tive.
