"';_“"'" Be it enacted, <$·c., That the heirs and legal representatives of the late Robert Farmer, deceased, be, and they hereby are, confirmed in Landtitlecontheir title to a certain tract of land, commonly called the Island; 6¤¤°d· bounded on the north, by the Bayou Chatague; on the south, by the Bayou Marmott; on the east, by the river Mobile; and on the west,_by the said bayou, situate about a mile above or north of the city of Mobile, in the state of Alabama, and containing about four hundred acres, more or less; and the Commissioner of the General Land Office is hereby authorized to issue a patent to said heirs, agreeably to their petition: _ Provided, however, That this act shall be deemed and taken only as Pf¤V1¤¤· relinquishrnent on the part of the United States of all their right, title, _ claim, and interest to the said tract of land.
