Be it enacted, $-4:., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, Toberestored authorized and directed to replace the name of Solomon Prewett, of

and to pay him the sum of eighty dollars per annum, from the time when he was last paid prior to his being stricken from the roll, and to be continued to him during his natural life.
