LI.-An Jctfor the relief of the heirs of Daniel Pellibone, deceased. jujy 6, jg4g_ Be it enacted, &·c., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized to pay to the heirs or legal representatives of 1’ayment fora Daniel Pettibone, deceased, out of any money in the treasury not other- *;*;*5%* b“u°" wise appropriated, the sum of five thousand dollars, as a full considera- ` tion for the use of the " circular bullet-mould" invented by the said Pettibone, in the military service, and for the advantages resulting therefrom to the Government of the United States: Provided, That the said proviso. sum of five thousand dollars be considered in full of all claims against the United States, and a full acquittance therefor be given by the said legal representatives: Provided, however, That the representatives of proviso, said Daniel Pettibone shall first transfer and convey to the United States all their right, interest, and title, in and to the said circular bulletmould, and that the said sum of Gve thousand dollars shall be in full of all claims against the United States for the use of the same.
