Be it enacted by the Senate and House of RepresentativetS of the Fort Bragg, N.C. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the r e is hereby Highway. g r a n t e d to the State of North C a r o l i n a a retrocession of jurisdiction over the area w i t h i n the Fort B r a g g M i l i t a r y Reservation utilized by the State of North C a r o l i n a for H i g h w a y N u m b e r e d 87, the g e n e r a l location of which is s h o w n on m a p designated: W a r Department, O. C. E., Construction Division, R e a l E s t a t e, Fort B r a g g M i l i t a r y Reservation, a p p r o v e d June 3, 1944, d r a w i n g n u m b e r e d 569-6, on file in the Office, Chief of E n g i n e e r s, Department of the Army, to the ext e n t that all laws of the State, as well as all laws of the United States, shall be applicable the r e o n and the United States and the State shall exercise c o n c u r r e n t jurisdiction thereover. SEC. 2. The retrocession of jurisdiction provided for in section 1 of t h i s Act shall t a k e effect upon acceptance thereof by the legislature of the State of North C a r o l i n a. AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of the Navy to sell and convey to Sam Arvanitis and George Arvanitis a parcel of land consisting of one-quarter acre, more or less, situated at the naval ammunition and net depot, Seal Beach, California.
Be it enacted 5y fhe Senate and House of Representatives of the Seal B a c h. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Calif. Sale of land of the Navy is a u t h o r i z e d to sell, a t a p r i c e not less than its f a i r m a r k e t value and on such term s and conditions as the Secretary may deem p r o p e r, and convey to S a m A r v a n i t i s and George A r v a n i t i s a parcel of l and consisting of one-quarter acre, more or less, s i t u a t e d at the n a v a l ammunition and net depot.
