CHAPTER 841

AN ACT For the relief of Margarita Mary Fujita.

July 15, 1952 [H.R.5107]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 4(a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, and notwithstanding the provisions of section 13(c) of such Act, the minor child Margarite Mary Fujita shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Harold H. Fujita, citizens of the United States. Approved July 15, 1952.

CHAPTER 842 AN ACT For the relief of Martin A. Dekking.

July 15, 1952 [H.R.5442]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, Martin A. Dekking shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee and head tax. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Katharina Luise Trenye. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstanding the provision of the eleventh category of section 3 of the Immigration Act of 1917, as amended, Mrs. Katharina Luise Trenye may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws.
