AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Aiko Eijiiuu Phillips.

April 18, 1952 [H.R. 2634]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 13(c) of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, Mrs. Aiko Eijima Phillips, the Japanese wife of Roscoe H. Phillips, a United States citizen, may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence, if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of the immigration laws. CHAPTER 231

AN ACT For the relief of Erika Bammes (Patricia Ann Cox).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 4(a) and 9 of the Immigration Act of 1924, as amended, the minor child, P>ika Bammes (Patricia Ann Cox), shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Master Sergeant Clayton T. and Mrs. Martlia X. Cox, citizens of the United States. Approved April 18, 1952. Private Law 573
