AN ACT To authorize the use of the Sackets Harbor Military Cemetery for the burial of war and peacetime veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Mfift^y*cemetery' Uf}'^^d States of AmeHoa in Congress assembled, That Sackets Harbor N. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the Act entitled "An Act authorizing the transfer of Fort Des Moines, Iowa, to the State of Iowa", approved September 30, 1950, is hereby repealed. Approved July 13, 1953. Public Law 113

C H A P T E R 190

AN ACT To approve a conveyance made by the city of Charleston, South Carolina, to the South Carolina State Ports Authority, of real property heretofore granted to said city of Charleston by the United States of America.

Be it enacted by the Senate and Ho'ose of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provision in the Act of Congress, approved May 27, 1936 (49 Stat. 1387), and in the deed made pursuant thereto by the United States of America to the city of Charleston, which prohibits the city of Charleston from transferring the title of the property conveyed thereunder shall not be deemed applicable to the conveyance of a portion of the said property, made without consideration, by the city of Charleston, to the South Carolina State Ports Authority, an agency of the State of South Carolina.
