CHAPTER 852 AN ACT For the relief of Franciszek Wolczek.

August 23, 1954 [H.R. 905]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Franciszek Wolc- United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur66 Stat. 163. poses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Franciszek Wolczek, 8 USC 1101 note. Alien Registration Number A-61o9685, shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment Quota deduction, of the required Adsa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control oflBlcer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, George Economos shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permaneiit residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Approved August 23, 1954.
