AN ACT For the relief of Chaya Frangles.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Chaya Frangles, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child.of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Sherman, legal residents of the United States. CHAPTER 1185

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Gianni Bernardis shall be held and considered to be the minor alien child of Jacob Schiffman, a United States citizen. Notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(7) of the said Act, Gianni Bernardis may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Seraphina Papgeorgiou, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Edw^ard K.
