AN ACT For the relief of Margarethe Boek and her son, Robert Harald Bock.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Margarethe Bock United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the adminisand son. 66 Stat. 16 3. tration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Margarethe Bock, the 8 USC 1101 note. fiancee of Harry J. Trahan, a citizen of the United States, and her minor child, Robert Harald Bock, shall be eligible for visas as nonimmigrant temporary visitors for a period of three months: Provideds That the administrative authorities find that the said Margarethe Bock is coming to the United States with a bona fide intention of being married to the said Harry J. Trahan and that she is found admissible under all the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality 8 USC 1182. Act other than section 212(a)(9) of that Act: Provided further, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. I n the event the marriage between the above-named persons does not occur within three months after the entry of the said Margarethe l^ock and Robert Harald Bock, they shall be required to depart from the United States and upon failure to do so shall be deported in accordance with the provisions of sections 242 and 243 of the Immigra8 U s e 12 5 2, tion and Nationality Act. In the event that the marriage between the 1253. above-named persons shall occur within three months after the entry of the said Margarethe Bock and Robert Harald Bock, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of the said Margarethe Bock and Robert Harald Bock as of the date of.the payment by them of the required visa fees. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Lee Shee Yee (also known as Lee Lai Koon) shall be held to be classifiable as a nonquota returning resident under the provisions of section 101(a) (27)(B) of that Act.
