General of the United States Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, may deem necessary to impose: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of |*ul*c**i /ll* the said Act: Viviana T. Wilson, Brian Woo, Jadwiga Wozniak, Rene Wyss, Michele Zappitelli, and Karola C. Z. Zmijewski. SEC. 2. For the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, de?.**^'** E. HOIChrista E. Holder shall be held and considered to have been lawfully s use i lo i note, admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee, under such conditions and controls which the Attorney General, after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, may deem necessary to impose: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. Upon the granting of * ^^^ ^^^^' permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. SEC. 3. For the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, °|J^* f J'Q i note Olive Byers shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act upon payment of the required visa fee, under such conditions and controls which the Attorney General, after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, may deem necessary to impose: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. ^ use 1183.
