641 EFFECTIVE DATES OF CERTAIN SECTIONS OF TITLE 10 R E L A T I N G TO UNITED STATES A I R FOR C E ACADEMY SEC. 52. (a) Section 541 of title 10, United States Code, enacted by section 1 of this Act, takes effect (1) in the year in which the initial class graduates from the United States Air Force Academy, or (2) upon the rescission of the agreement under which graduates of the United States Military Academy and the United States Naval Academy may volunteer for appointment in the Air Force, whichever is earlier. (b) Section 9342(a) of title 10, United States Code, enacted by section 1 of this Act, takes effect four years after the entrance of the initial class at the United States Air Force Academy. REPEAL PROVISIONS SEC. 53. The following laws are repealed except with respect to rights and duties that matured, penalties that were incurred, and proceedings that were begun, before the effective date of this act and except as provided in section 49: SCHEDULE OF LAWS REPEALED a.
