lished without regard to this subsection (and particularly without regard to clause (1) of the foregoing proviso). "The increases in wheat acreage allotments authorized by this subsection shall be in addition to the National, State, and county wheat acreage allotments, and the acreage of durum wheat (class II) on such increased allotments shall not be considered in establishing future State, county and farm acreage allotments. "The provisions of paragraph (6) of Public Law 74, Seventy^5 seventh Congress (7 U.S.C. 1340 (6)), and section 326(b) of this Stat. Stat. 204; Si. Act, relating to the reduction of the storage amount of wheat shall 7 USC l:J26. apply to the allotment for the farm established without regard to this subsection and not to the increased allotment under this subsection. 189. "For the purpose of applying section 103(a)(1) of the Soil Bank 70uStat.iiS21. 7 se Act (relating to participation in the acreage reserve) to any farm receiving an increased allotment under this subsection— "(1) the 'farm acreage allotment' shall be the allotment established without regard to this subsection and not the increased allotment under this subsection, and "(2) each acre planted to durum wheat (class II) shall count as one-half acre of wheat. For the purposes of this subsection 'wheat acreage on the farm" shall include acreage in the wheat acreage reserve." Approved April 2, 1957.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Atomic Atomic Energy. Energy Act of 1954, as amended, is amended by adding a new section 68 Stat.e 919. 8 0 1 42 u s 1 note. 125 to read as follows: "SEC.

125. COOPERATION W I T H BERLIN.—The President may author-

ize the Commission to enter into agreements for cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with section 123, on behalf of Berlin, which for the purposes of this Act comprises those areas over which the Berlin Senate exercises jurisdiction (the United States, British, and French sectors) and the Commission may thereafter cooperate with Berlin pursuant to sections 54, 57, 64, 82, 103, or 104: Provided, That the guaranties required by section 123 shall be made by Berlin with the approval of the allied commandants."
